All Prices are FOB Smyrna, TN. Sales from our farm are wholesale only to licensed contractors. Sales to the public are from our garden center on a seasonal basis.

Payment is expected when plants are loaded unless prior arrangements have been made. Allow 30 days minimum for new accounts requesting credit. Any account exceeding 30 days will be charged 1-1/2% per month plus cost of collection if necessary.

Since we have no control over our plants after they leave our nursery, we cannot guarantee their survival. Any claims of dissatisfaction should be made promptly and accompanied by invoice. Liability not to exceed price paid.
